土耳其一锅式蛋和甜椒 Turkish one-pan eggs & peppers (Menemen)
我煮这个当早餐,有点重口味。其实,这个适合当午餐或早午餐(Brunch)。我觉得味道还蛮不错,只是有点酸,可能我用的罐头番茄味道太酸,糖应该加得比原食谱多,没好好试味的后果。还好我用来配土司,中和了酸味。
